Terra also works with local landowners and businesses along the Pūharakekenui, Ka Pūtahi Creek, and Smacks Creek to restore their waterway margins with native plantings. Legal Status
The Styx Living Laboratory Trust was incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on the 8th August 2003, incorporation number AK/1372484.
With the establishment of the Charities Commission in July 2005 the Styx Living Laboratory Trust’s is also registered under the Charities Act 2005 as a Charitable Trust, registration number CC22985.
